Please review our Return & Refund Policy before purchasing.

Eligibility & Window

  • Buyer’s remorse returns (unopened/unused) are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: factory-sealed, inner bags uncut, complete with all accessories, manuals, and the outer box in the same condition as delivered.
  • Costs: return shipping is paid by the customer; a restocking fee (up to 15%) may apply.

Initial Defects / Wrong Item / Shortages / Not-as-Described (Our Fault)

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@205hobbies.com. We may request photos of the box, contents, and the affected area.
  • Resolution: exchange for the same item, arrangement of missing parts, or a refund. If the same item is unavailable, we may offer an equivalent item or a refund.
  • Shipping costs: covered by us when we are at fault (return and reshipment).
  • After-sales support: inquiries regarding manufacturing defects/shortages are accepted for up to 3 months after delivery (priority on exchanges/parts; refunds are generally limited to the initial defect window).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Plastic model kits with inner bags opened or parts cut from sprues; items that have been assembled, painted, or modified
  • Decals that have been cut/used or soaked
  • Items missing accessories, manuals, or the outer box; items not in original purchase condition
  • Custom/special-order items or products marked “non-returnable” on the product page

How to Return

  1. Contact us first: email your order number and reason to support@205hobbies.com.
  2. Approval & instructions: we’ll confirm eligibility, the return address, and whether any fee applies.
  3. Ship back: use a trackable method with adequate packaging to prevent damage.
  4. Inspection & refund: after inspection, eligible returns are refunded to the original payment method.

Refund Method

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Card statement timing depends on your issuer’s billing cycle.

Notes

  • Unauthorized COD/collect-on-delivery returns will not be accepted.
  • Please pack items securely to avoid damage in transit.
  • For sale or secondhand items, please refer to the notes on each product page.
